Raymond Machikicho serves as an Associate Director of ThincBizz Accounting having been with the group since its inception. He obtained a Bachelor of Commerce Honours in Economics from Midlands State University in 2005. In addition, he also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Edinburgh Business School, Heriot Watt University of Scotland. In addition, he holds an Enterprise Development Certificate with Empretec/UNDP. He started his career as a student intern with NDH Equities (Now Platinum Securities) in 2003 and undertook a graduate learnership specializing in Microfinance and Micro-Enterprise Development with SNV Netherlands before returning to NDH in 2007.

Between 2009 and 2012, Raymond served as a Program Manager with Help Initiatives for People Organisation where he designed and managed developmental projects funded by COSV, UN-Habitat, UNICEF, DVV International and SIDA. He is a passionate business developer and has been instrumental in the formation of several thriving enterprises in addition to ThincBizz. He pioneered the corporate social responsibility programme at ThincBizz which has seen the firm partnering with charitable organizations in and around Harare.
