Mercy serves as an Accounting and Tax Specialist at ThincBizz. She started her career as a Graduate Trainee at Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (ZIMRA), after which she served as a Revenue Officer for both the Customs and Domestic Taxes. Mercy holds a Bachelor of Accountancy Honours from the University of Zimbabwe and is currently studying towards the ACCA Diploma.

Her time at ZIMRA has equipped her with proficient skills in Tax Assessments and Returns for all tax heads, in addition to Customs Clearance procedures, Financial Reporting and Bookkeeping. Her extraordinary work, excellent team-playing, and client liaison abilities earned her the Employee of the Year Award in 2019. She is also active in mentoring junior consultants and university attaches as part of the firm’s manpower development programme.
