Nkosnati is the Managing Consultant of ThincBizz Accounting and has been with the firm since inception in 2012. He holds a Bachelor of Accounting Science (B.Compt) with the University of South Africa and a registered Articled Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Zimbabwe (ICAZ). He started his professional career with Calton Consultancy in 2004 before moving to start ThincBizz. Nkosnati completed his articles of clerkship at Kreston Zimbabwe Chartered Accountants and Mazars (International Services) where he horned his skills in Financial Reporting, Taxation and Auditing.

Over the years he has gained rich knowledge of Zimbabwean Tax systems, and this enabled Thincbizz to launch as a specialized tax consulting and advisory boutique leading to its successful registration as a Tax Accounting firm in line with the evolving regulatory framework. Nkosnati has also launched a manpower development programme with special emphasis on training junior tax consultants and to date the programme has received recognition from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), who are in the process of registering ThincBizz as an ACCA training house. In a nutshell, his areas of expertise include Financial Reporting, Taxation, Auditing, Management Accounting as well as Company Secretarial and Compliance.
